Recently, some buyers now want an outdoor entertainment area, brick barbecue, pizza oven, lap pool, putting green, and whatever their imagination can think of. Our job is to set their expectations for what’s available in their price range, the cost for each amenity, and take their pulse on what’s absolutely essential from their list and what’s a ‘nice to have’.
